The goal is to increase emotional safety, reduce escalation, and help you feel more understood and connected.

Sunrise Counseling is a private-pay practice and does not accept insurance. If you have out-of-network benefits, a superbill can be provided upon request for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

Yes. Therapy is confidential, with a few legal exceptions including situations involving risk of serious harm, suspected abuse or neglect, or when records are legally required by a court order.
